Lori Curgenven
occupational therapist

I have had the privilege of working as an Occupational Therapist for the past 25 years. During this time I have enjoyed helping many different people with brain injuries get back to doing the things they love to do. It is so rewarding for me to help someone get back to driving, parenting, working, cooking, school, or whatever activity they find meaningful. I specialize in rehabilitation of cognitive challenges—for example difficulties with focus, memory, planning or organization. Some special interests of mine include mindfulness meditation, self management of chronic pain, and educating future OTs through the University of Toronto.  The approach I use in providing OT services involves compassion and collaboration to help clients feel more confident.
